Once your order leaves our hands, we do not accept responsibility for any delays or issue with the delivery. All tumblers are shipped insured, and it is your responsibility to contact USPS if there is an issue.
Tracking will be sent once your item ships! Please make sure the email address at checkout is correct. When your label is printed, it is received by the post office within 48 hours. Please keep your tracking information once it arrives in your email. This will allow you to see where your package is and when to expect it. All cups ordered are made the following weekend and go out either Saturday or Monday morning after they are ordered. Rush orders are available if requested at an increased price.

Sublimation orders, we strive for a 7-10 business day turn around.

Custom Orders

When making custom epoxy tumblers, due to order volume and weather conditions, I do ask allow 3 weeks not including weekends (even though I do work on weekends most of the time) for your order to be made!

We try our hardest to get these out as soon as possible, however the FDA requires 72 hours for tumblers to cure after completion! Each item is handmade and made to order.
OCT 1ST forward is considered our Christmas order season and will be shipping may be longer than usual. All orders during this time will be shipped by the beginning of December. This can vary based on the amount of orders we have.
